Privacy policy

Clean Jiu-Jitsu is run by Dewan Digital LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or buy from us, and what we do with it. “We” and “us” means Dewan Digital LLC.

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, and what you bought. You enter your payment details into Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

When you join our email list: your email address and the date you signed up. Joining is optional.

Your cart:what you add to your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It stays on your device and isn't sent to us until you check out.

Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

We don't use advertising trackers, analytics tools or tracking cookies on this site. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

• To take payment for, pack and ship your order.
• To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To contact you about your order.
• To send you emails about restocks and new pieces, only if you joined our list.
• To keep records we need for tax and accounting, and to prevent fraud.

We only share what each one needs to do its job:

• Stripeprocesses payments, works out sales tax, and stores our order records and email list. Stripe's own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
• Shipping carriers get your name and address so they can deliver your order.
• Our website host runs the site and keeps the server logs described above.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We only email you about restocks and new pieces if you sign up in the footer of this site. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, or you can email us at cleanjiujitsu@gmail.comand we'll take you off the list. Order emails, such as your receipt, are sent either way because they're part of your purchase.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and returns. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing cleanjiujitsu@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, for example California or Canada, you may have further rights under local law, and we'll honour them. We won't treat you differently for asking.

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us their details, email us and we'll delete them.

The site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by Stripe. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date below. See also our terms and conditions.
